Anchor Bible Series - The Anchor Bible Project, consisting of the Anchor Bible Commentary Series, Anchor Bible Dictionary and Anchor Bible Reference Library is a scholarly and commercial co-venture that began in 1956, when individual volumes in the commentary series began production. Having initiated a new era of cooperation among scholars in biblical research, over 1,000 scholars—representing Jewish, Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, secular, and other traditions—have now contributed to the project.
New English Bible - The New English Bible (NEB) is a Bible translation jointly produced by Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press. The New Testament was released in 1961 and the complete Bible (with Apocrypha) appeared in 1970.
New Testament - The New Testament, sometimes called the Greek Testament or Greek Scriptures, and, in recent times, also New Covenant, is the name given to the part of the Christian Bible that was written after the birth of Jesus. It includes four ancient biographies of Jesus (called Gospels), a history of the early Christians (the book of Acts), early letters (epistles) written by Christian leaders, and Christian prophecies (the Apocalypse, also called the book of Revelation).
Jehovah in the New Testament - A small number of Bible translations have placed Jehovah as the name of God in the New Testament. One such translation is the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures, published by Jehovah's Witnesses.
